Our experience is largely a composition of our application of our knowledge and skills. At times we see success through those applications and actions and at time not! Dilemma in this is, how we balance between our success and failures, because generally seen, we tend to reinforce the actions resulting in success than relying on failure as spring board towards new ideas or innovations.
I have heard a saying, we are, what we eat, and this might be true from perspective of health management. When I look at this from mind management perspective, I also see a connection, like, we are, what we think! Yeah, that comes from our mind set, our experiences, our perceptions etc. (in hindi language “Jaki rahi bhavana jaisi, prabhu murat dekhi tin taisi.” A person’s attitude determines how he sees everything).
Knowledge, Skill and Attitude, these are effective ingredients for effective coaching as well. To be an effective coach for self or others having requisite knowledge about subject is important, skill and at the same time a right attitude is must have.
